Intuition as a psychological factor in a structure of managerial decisions

The article considers the functions of intuition in the activities of a manager. The author describes a number of classifications of the concept of intuition and special features of intuitive managerial decision making. The following types of intuition are distinguished: mystic, rational, empirical, emotional, creative, imaginative, insight intuition, proposition intuition, in addition to the intellectual and the sensual ones. The author proves that the intuition is characterized by the suddenness of new ideas.
