The authors study opportunities and the need for logistical integration of trading enterprises. A decision regarding the need for the logistical integration of trading enterprises should be based on studies of spatial and territorial aspects of trade logistics and principles of logistical integration of trading service systems. The technology of management decision making to implement this mechanism is proposed in the paper. This technology is aimed at creating “consumer trail” should be a set of interrelated processes, “input” factors for which should the interests of businessmen that are seeking to expand business due to the conquest of new territories beyond the urban areas, and “output” factors - a management decision, detailed to the level of the logistics project, ensuring the maximum benefit to all integration participants based on the gained effects. A technology for making a management decision regarding the need for the logistical integration of trading enterprises and an algorithm of “consumer trails” formation are developed. The efficiency of interaction between trading enterprises as logistically integrated structures is shown. An algorithm for managing the interaction of trading enterprises included in logistically integrated structure is described. An approach to the management of interaction between logistically integrated structures in the field of trading service provides specific organizational and economic management tools and makes it possible to determine a line for the development of participants of the integrated structures.
