The author analyzes other types of normative legal acts adopted recently by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, in particular, referred to as «features» and «conditions». The legal regulation that served as the basis for the emergence of these types of documents is considered, and a conclusion about the sufficiency and relevance of the current legislation is formulatedn.
