Artificial inoculation of mustard plants with alternaria in laboratory and field

At the primary estimation of breeding material of mustard on resistance to Alternaria sprout were inoculated by suspension from conidia and fragments of A. brassicicola mycelium with a titre 1.0∙107 KOE/ml in the conditions of moist chamber not damaging the surface of cotyledon leaves during twenty-four hours at a temperature 20-22 0С„. With the purpose to estimate mustard samples on resistance to disease in a climate chamber and in fields the plant were inoculated by suspension from conidia and fragments of A. brassicicola mycelium with a titre 1.0∙107 KOE/ml in the phase of yellow-green pod.
