Artificial Intelligence as a Factor in the Social Dynamics of Students in the Context of Digitalization

Based on two original studies (an online questionnaire survey of 46 graduating students of various fields of study at the Bashkir State Medical University and the Bashkir State Pedagogical University in the VKontakte social network and a group focused interview with seven experts), it is concluded that AI technologies are becoming a leading factor in the development of higher education and social dynamics in this area. Two trends in the social dynamics of students at Russian universities are highlighted: increased activity in the educational process, ex-pressed in the increasingly frequent use of AI to solve educational problems, as well as the transformation of social attitudes of students, which are deformed due to noticeable negative effects, such as ignoring academic ethics, the spread of incorrect borrowings, etc. The solution to these problems may be the institutionalization of the use of AI in the educational process of higher education in Russia.
