Performance of civil legal obligations by military organizations

The article indicates the importance of fulfilling obligations in civil law relations, which is due to the goals of performing certain actions of the debtor in favor of the creditor. Attention is drawn to the problems of understanding the fulfillment of civil law obligations and the peculiarities of military organizations for these obligations, which are manifested in holding tenders for the conclusion of contracts for the supply of goods, performance of work or provision of services and the fulfillment of civil law obligations under them, thereby ensuring their activities in solving the tasks assigned to them.
