Implementation of the requirements of the regime as a means of ensuring the security of the functioning of correctional institutions

The article deals with the problematic issues of organization and enforcement of the regime in correctional institutions that exercise property rights in the form of freedom. The authors analyze the state and dynamics of the criminal situation in institutions, show their isolation from society, identify development prospects with special attention to the institutions of the penitentiary system to prevent illegal actions by prejudice.
