Executive power in the unified system of public authority of the entities of the Russian Federation: problems in the implementation of powers

The effective implementation of the state's public functions and the fulfillment of its socioeconomic obligations to citizens, both within individual constituent entities and throughout the federation as a whole, presupposes the development of coordinated and effective mechanisms for close cooperation between all levels of executive power. The author analyzes the current state of the executive power system in the constituent entities, identifying specific aspects of its functioning that require development and refinement.
