Executive branch in the conditions of the modern economy of Russia

Based on the analysis of the modern executive branch, this article concludes about its special role and significance for the modern Russian economy. With the advent of digital technology, the formation of a new version of economic relations (digital economy), the development of artificial intelligence, and so on, the modern executive branch, as before, needs to be transformed. It is concluded that the economic development of Russia is impossible without a new administrative reform and the definition at the level of federal law of a system of executive bodies with a clear distribution of powers between them.
