Performing practice as an incentive for professional growth of students studying in musical specialties

The article reflects a modern approach to teaching students the discipline "Performing practice", which is characterized by the fact that along with solving common educational tasks for the University, related to the development of knowledge and skills in the field of musical performance, the discipline allows to develop a system of individual trajectory of personal development, self-improvement and motivation for further professional growth of students. The article presents the forms of organization of the educational and creative process and innovative methods of work of the teacher with students in musical specialties, based on an individual-personal approach. According to the author of the article, this approach will allow the student to fully reveal individual qualities, "plunge" into the world of their future profession, analyze and determine the level of preparation for professional activity, quickly master performing and pedagogical techniques, and begin to apply them in practice. It will also allow to get a positive experience of participating in concert events, learn how to select a repertoire based on the theme of the concert and the requests of the audience.
