Use of the adaptive models in training of students as condition to increase efficiency of university education

The article explains the importance and signicance of the implementation of adaptive learning models in educational programs of University education as an indicator of competitiveness of higher education. The use of interactive forms of learning such as business game and project work promotes the development of professional skills and abilities of students, formation of their social intelligence and communicative competence necessary for future successful professional activity. Special importance is given to the use of facilitative approach to the interaction of the teacher and student and the role denition of the teacher-facilitator, ensuring the creation of a situation of safety and comfort, trust and openness, success and achievements for students. The advantage of implementing this approach is to increase the interest and motivation of students to educational and professional activities
