This article discusses the hybrid learning use in modern teaching, the need to develop soft skills among students, regardless of specialization. The topic of the critical thinking development as one of the main soft skills is touched upon. Flexible approaches to project implementation are described such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, an example of their use in a group project is given. IT tools for developing critical thinking skills in students are presented.
