The task of training qualified personnel for service in the internal Affairs bodies is paramount for educational organizations of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia. The readiness of police officers to solve operational tasks effectively is formed primarily in the process of training. The high level of organization of the educational process and the choice of the most effective methods and forms of training provides high-quality training of police personnel. The article analyzes the characteristics of different categories of students of educational organizations of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia and reflects the specifics of the use of active teaching methods, taking into account the selected features.
