The use of antidepressants firstqline in the complex patients with coronary heart disease

The results of effective use of antidepressants first-line balanced action relating to the class of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors and selective serotonin reuptake stimulants in the treatment of patients with chronic coronary heart disease (CHD) in outpatient clinics in urban. According to the questionnaire, Center for Epidemiology Studies-Depression scale (CES-D) depressive disorders were found in 32.1% among 280 outpatients, level of depression scale ranged from 19 to 28 points. On the background of long-term antidepressant therapy, along with the reduction of depressive disorders and a significant reduction in depression for more than 48% on the Hamilton scale, we observed significant positive changes in psychological status of patients, which manifested in increased activity, reduced levels of somatic anxiety, increased social adaptation and quality indicators life, as well as in reducing cardiovascular risk factors. Optimizing management of patients with CHD and depression is provided by an integrative approach to diagnosis, treatment and prevention in a real patient practice.
