Бесплатный доступ

The article describes the experience of using art therapy in preventing aggressive behavior in young adolescents. A thematic plan of classes is presented, along with examples of tasks and exercises incorporating elements of art therapy, such as art therapy, storytelling therapy, phototherapy, and drama therapy. The authors justify the use of art therapy by its requirement for no special skills or abilities from the adolescents, as it serves as an effective means of non-verbal communication and contributes to the release of emotional tension and harmonization of the emotional sphere. In art therapy sessions, art serves as a tool to help adolescents better understand themselves and cope with problems that evoke negative emotions. The authors believe that reducing manifestations of aggressive behavior can be achieved through the formation of beneficial habits, self-analysis and self-control skills, non-confrontational communication, and appropriate reactions in negative situations.
