Outsourcing and the online companies: profits increase

The paper examines the outsourcing types (manufacturing and business processes), its effectiveness and benefits. The case study shows the use of outsourcing in Russia and identifies factors, which hinder its development in the domestic economy. The author describes the benefits of outsourcing services in the context of the global financial crisis and shows its relevance for the Internet companies.
