Use of BIM technologies in the construction of municipal and regional property

The author research is devoted to the study of the processes for the implementation of BIM technologies in the design and construction of property in the region and municipalities. The problems associated with the introduction of BIM technologies in construction and the benefits of their use are studied. The analysis of the construction of social facilities is carried out on the example of the municipality of the city of Perm with funding from the local budget and the project for the construction of an automobile bridge across the Kama River with funding from the federal and regional budgets. The necessity of using artificial intelligence in construction is substantiated. The article is of scientific interest to experts involved in the study of the processes of formation of various strategies for property management.
