The use of digital tools for the development of language and speech competencies of Chinese students in the process of learning Russian as a foreign language

The issues of organizing distance learning of the Russian language for Chinese students of technical specialties are considered. Digital tools used in distance learning are highlighted, increasing the efficiency of work on various genres of professional speech. The capabilities of electronic educational platforms, training courses posted on them, virtual and augmented reality for the development of selected competencies are shown. It is concluded that the reasonable use of various digital tools ensures not only a sufficiently high level of proficiency in the Russian language and, often, professional vocabulary, but also the formation of skills in working in the digital space, choosing multimedia tools for preparing for an interview, seminar, conference, drafting and accurate translation of business letters, scientific articles, technical documentation, development of presentations.
