The use of individualized approach in the course of technical training of young highly qualified judokas

Based on the analysis of specialized scientific and methodical literature is given the noted problems of individualized approach to teaching and training process of highly qualified young judokas. The work explains the existing in the present time approaches of experts to compile the classification of the basic technical and tactical actions, used judokas of various skills during competitions. In conclusion of this article is a judokas specification on different technical and tactical groups, depending on the level of physical preparedness and manners of wrestle.
