In any modern educational institution, teachers face a big problem of developing skills and abilities that are necessary for future specialists to deal with their professional tasks within their professional sphere. If there is no such system that focuses on the introduction of a foreign language to the educational process at a technical university, students won’t acquire enough practical skills that presuppose the use of a foreign language. Among the mentioned skills there is the skill to use information technologies when dealing with some professional tasks that rely on the knowledge of foreign languages. Information technologies and learning foreign languages are treated as, on the one hand, the objectives of foreign language and information education and, on the other hand, as a means of education and future profession. Thus, blended learning appears to be an adequate teaching method.
