Use of institute of mediation in criminal law of Kyrgyzstan

The article analyzes a number of social issues in Kyrgyzstan and shows that conflicts require alternative resolution procedures. Mediation is one of the technologies for alternative dispute resolution (with the participation of a third neutral, impartial, not interested in the conflict party - a mediator, for negotiating a conflict in order to reach a mutually beneficial agreement on a controversial issue. Mediation in the Kyrgyz Republic will try to identify problems in its implementation and consider ways to solve them.
