The use of interactive teaching methods in the modern educational process in legal disciplines

The relevance of the study is due to the fact that law is an abstract category, and its understanding is possible only through a system of circumstances (legal facts), in connection with which the problem of developing in students a mechanism for understanding legal categories and skills, their relationship with specific legal relations (actions of legal entities in specific situations) comes to the forefront. This, in turn, requires students to acquire the skills of searching, interpreting and interpreting legal norms, which can be achieved through activating their thinking using the means and teaching methods available to the teacher. Interactive teaching methods used in teaching are primarily aimed at developing the creative component of the student, which contributes to the development of the skills of future lawyers to quickly solve problems in non-standard situations, especially conflict situations. The purpose of the study is to scientifically substantiate the possibilities of interactive teaching methods in developing students’ understanding of legal categories and skills, their relationship with specific legal relations. Methodology (materials and methods). The research methodology is based on the dialectical method, the method of system analysis and scientific modeling. Research results. The interactive methods used in teaching legal disciplines are disclosed, which differ in the method of application: long-term (extended) action; repeated (reusable); single use.
