The use of artificial intelligence in the translation of literary texts

This research is dedicated to technology of applying the capabilities of artificial intelligence in the translation of literary texts (based on George R.R. Martin's novel «The Battle of the Kings» from the series «A Song of Ice and Fire»). The research is carried out due to the relevance of the topic and the implementation of artificial intelligence technologies in the life of modern man. The comparative analysis of translation of fragments of the novel made with the help of machine translator (DeepL) and official translation into Russian made by N.I. Vilenskaya is conducted.
