Using the concept soul\jan in speech formulas (oath, curse)

Speech formulas are an extremely complex phenomenon. Only the unity of semantic, syntactic and pragmatic aspects allows us to present an objective characteristic of the speech acts of oaths and curses. In this article, using the method of comparison and observation, we tried to present the use of the concept of soul/jean in speech formulas. The object of the study is the speech acts of oaths and curses, presented in the Bible and the Koran, in family relationships, in folklore of the Russian and Kyrgyz linguistic picture of the world.
