This article discusses the methods of getting the maximum benefit from physical education at the high school level, as well as motivating teenagers to play sports by developing appropriate forms of education for teachers. Using the means and methods of Scandinavian walking with high school students will allow the teacher to diversify the lesson as much as possible and introduce the original means of increasing the functional capabilities of the body due to the aerobic orientation of classes. The possibility of broad regulation of physical activity allows teachers to use Nordic walking in different age groups, including with schoolchildren who have health abnormalities. The practical experience gained in physical education lessons, in the future, students will be able to use in independent physical culture and sports activities.
