The article considers the innovative technology of energy saving in a construction allowing minimizing thermal losses through the protecting structures of the building. It shows relevance and necessity of the application of this technology for an energy efficient construction of Russia in the conditions of constantly reduced inventories of energy resources. The results of the study of the Schöck Isokorb® bearing heat-insulating element (BHIE) which is thermally cutting balconies and other projecting architectural details of the building from a thermal contour of the building isolating connections and eliminating "cold joints” in the most critical areas. The authors have developed three-dimensional geometrical and numerical model and the building constructions by means of which the temperature fields and thermal streams arising in the studied object have been calculated. The work studies the possibility of the test technology adaptation to application in severe climatic conditions of Russia.
