Using operational - search data when apprehending convicts suspected of committing crimes

This article considers issues related to the possibility of using operational- search data when apprehending convicts suspected of committing crimes. The article analyzes the norms of criminal - procedural and criminal- executive legislation regarding the features of application of this institution in a specific environment of convicts. The factors that must be taken into account when preparing for apprehension of a suspected convict are investigated. From the point of view of forensic tactics, particular places for the apprehension of a suspect on the territory of the correctional institution are considered.
