The use of wellness technologies in therapeutic physical culture

In this article, wellness technologies in therapeutic physical culture are considered, the results of a survey are analyzed the purpose of which was to study the preferences of students of the Volgograd State Socio - Pedagogical University in sports activities and a conclusion is made to this topic. We also determined what physical therapy is required for and what functions, tasks, and positive results it carries. It is indicate in which cases, in which diseases it is necessary to engage, and when it is undesirable to resort to this type of physical culture. We identified the stages of therapeutic physical culture and its types and found out for which age this type of activity is most relevant.
