Using notion of entropy to characterize the influence of the brain capital on the financial performance of the enterprise

The article deals with the problems of influence of the brain capital on the enterprise. The author uses system approach and investigates the concept of entropy to explain the effect imposed by the brain capital on the financial results of the enterprise. The author concludes that the positive influence of the brain capital on the financial results of the enterprise is the result of the decrease of entropy, the high level of which has an adverse effect on the financial performance of the enterprise.
