PSA as factor of the forecast of the remote brachytherapy results at a prostate cancer

Now interstitial beam therapy (brachytherapy) is included into standards of manegments of a prostate cancer. Methods: 123 patients are included in research with diagnosed localized and local advansed prostate cancer. The age of patients was from 50 to 79. Results: on the basis of data of preoperative PSA level it became possible to do statistically significant conclusions about an opportunity of occurrence of relapse depending on initial PSA level.
