Psycholinguistic formulas in English language training as a mechanism of speech competence formation development

The authors analyze the problem of the speech competence formation of technical university students. They also reveal the maim features and peculiarities of the future engineers' English language training and offer a modern approach to intensify the development process of the translation skills of the English verbal structures into Russian.
