The article examines the inclusion of synergetic approach in pedagogy; it will focus on the transition from the development under the external factors to self-development within the framework of educational system. The main feature of open education system is its restraint from stereotypes and its attention to qualitative improvement. Its features are the following: the deep penetration in the essence of individuality, awareness of psychological basis of educational process as the most important condition for student's individual development.
