The article explores the synergetic approach that reflects the aims of education system's modernization and quantitative and qualitative transformations in the educational process. Following the principles of synergetic approach in education, the learning process will be based on the concept of self-development. The child will try developing his/her speech if it is demanded by the activity he/she is interested in.
