This article presents the results of a study of speech and non-speech manifestations of stuttering in older preschool children. Physical, psychological and speech features were revealed in the structure of the symptom complex of preschool children's stuttering, while there was no relationship between the severity of speech and non-speech manifestations. It is noted that within the framework of the logopsychocorrection approach of correction of stuttering in preschoolers, the use of fairy tales at each stage of the course helps to mediate the work on fixing the correct technique of speech and overcoming non-verbal manifestations.
