Социальные сети можно использовать для управления потоком информации внутри команд, тем самым укрепляя управление знаниями, которое может быть связано с инновациями. В этом исследовании мы разработали модель для проверки влияния социальных сетей на систему транзакционной памяти, способности к усвоению (потенциальная и реализованная емкость) и производительность инновационного оборудования. Частичный анализ методом наименьших квадратов 61 команды разработчиков программного обеспечения указывает на положительное влияние социальных сетей на систему транзакционной памяти, а также на потенциальную и реализованную способность к усвоению, что, в свою очередь, может повлиять на инновационную производительность команды. В этой статье представлен теоретический вклад и описаны последствия для внедрения социальных сетей в командах, основанных на знаниях.
