The use of social media in recruiting

The human resource management system is moving to a new level, which allows increasing the efficiency and speed of solving the problems of recruitment, retention, and development of personnel, by using mobile technologies, social recruiting (searching and attracting candidates through social networks), the introduction of cloud technologies and digital forms of psychometric tools for personnel assessment. The article considers the features of recruiting in social networks, starting from the specifics of Internet communication and finishing with the possible tools for implementation of recruitment on the Internet.
