The use of modern automated fingerprinting systems when working with fingerprints: research problems and reliability of results

The article is devoted to questions of application of modern automated fingerprinting systems and their possibilities in activity of bodies of internal affairs, in particular, at work with fingerprints of hands. The author has designated a problem of reliability of the received data at research of traces of hands with application of the automated fingerprints systems and a number of the questions arising in connection with this problem are resulted. The results of the study of the subject of the article and the relevant recommendations are also named.
