This article discusses the problem of reducing the physical activity of people of mature age, which often leads to health problems. In the article, we draw attention to the importance of physical education at any age. This will slow down the aging process in the body, improve the activity of the cardiovascular system, respiratory organs, and reduce the susceptibility to depression.
