In this article we have studied the structure and dynamics of the nutrition costs of the Vologda region population. It has analyzed the dynamics of food products consumption for 2000-2011. For the analysis of the food and energy value of the food products consumed by the Vologda oblast population the analytical dynamics indices have been also calculated. On the basis of this analysis the forecast of these indicators has been made. To find the relationship between the consumption of food products with different socio-economic phenomena and processes, and to express it in a particular functional dependence, a double correlation-regression analysis has been held. The changes in the structure of consumer expenditure for the least and the most secured population levels in 2003 and 2010 years have been analyzed.
