Education as a culturological characteristic is called upon to form individual images of the future through value-semantic guidelines, attitudes, behavior and activities. The preparation of future teachers for professional activities in the aspect of value-semantic guidelines, and not only for the profession they receive, but also for the translation of generally accepted domestic traditions and values in their future pedagogical activity, is becoming in demand. The relevance of the formation of the value-semantic attitude of future teachers to their professional activities is due to the requirement of the Federal State Educational Standard for SVE to the results of their training. Today, it is impossible to be a pedagogically competent specialist without studying the entire wide range of educational technologies and choosing the most effective technologies that contribute to this area of professional training of teachers. The article presents a model for the formation of the value-semantic attitude of students of a pedagogical college to pedagogical activity, describes the experience of testing technologies, taking into account the stages of implementation of the presented model in the conditions of the implementation of an innovative project by teachers of the Troitsky pedagogical college.
