The use of learning pedagogical objectives in the formation of the teacher’s skill to conceptualize a professional experience

The author developed a theoretical model of conceptualizing the teaching experience, including such semantic elements as the levels of the teaching experience's conceptualization, the stages of studying the professional experience by the teacher, the concepts of the teaching experience, the criteria of the concepts of the teaching experience for each level and stage and the products of the conceptualization of the teaching experience. The article investigated the use of teaching pedagogical objectives in the educational process of teachers while developing the strategy and mechanisms for the conceptualization of the teaching experience. Besides, it shows that teaching pedagogical objectives are an effective tool for identifying structural and semantic components of the professional experience (concepts), provided that they are an invariant structure.
