Provisional period and responsibilities of the court on the conditionally convicted

The purpose of the study is to reveal the concept of probation, which is so lacking in the criminal law, as well as to clarify the boundaries and procedures for the appointment of probation and identify problems associated with it. We will also consider the responsibilities assigned to the convicted person during this period and try to find a solution to the problems that arise in this area.
