Иссечение эпителиально-копчикового хода совместно с эпителиально-копчиковой кистой - современный подход к лечению раневого процесса

Разработан и внедрён новый подход в пластике послеоперационного дефекта при хирургическом лечении эпителиально-копчикового хода и копчиковой кисты. Изучены различные варианты ушивания подкожной жировой клетчатки и кожи, отказ от постановки дренажей в рану. В результате выполнения работы удалось снизить количество нагноений послеоперационной раны, а также несостоятельности послеоперационной раны.
