The research of biochemical somposition of lipoproteins in sunflower seeds

The basic components of sunflower seeds are lipids and proteins. Lipoproteins are the complex proteins which structure includes lipids. These complexes are an obligatory structural component of biological membranes of cells of the all living organisms. Lipoproteins of plants are not investigated practically. For the research of biochemical composition of lipoproteins electrophoretic fractions of proteins and fatty acid composition of lipids in lipoproteins were studied during sunflower seeds maturing.
