Examination of service business processes of thermal automation of thermal power plants on the example of thermal power plant of Norilsk city

With a view to optimization of equipment maintenance process at energy enterprises, the author explores the introduction of an automated system, with elements of an expert system. According to the results of the executed business process modeling, the author shows and evaluates the results of optimization.
