Availability study of digital tools for health maintenance

The active transition to digital services due to quarantine restrictions allow saying that there is a problem with the availability of digital tools for maintaining the health of Russians. The article is aimed at determining the relevance and availability of digital services in the field of health care, as well as identifying the limitations of using these tools in present-day conditions. The study has shown that websites and mobile applications that allow receiving medical services remotely are in the greatest demand. The main limitations to the use of digital tools are doubts about the quality of the services provided and insufficient technical resources for using the services. With regard to findings of the study, we propose to popularize the use of digital services in the field of health care, in particular, to adapt technologies to the capabilities of individual territories, to provide high-speed Internet access and develop basic skills of computer and communication technologies usage.
