The research of readiness of pedagogical workers for the implementation of innovative activity (from the experience of the South Ural State College)

The success of the implementation of an innovative project of an educational organization depends not only on creating the necessary conditions, but also on the readiness of the subjects of the educa-tional process to implement innovative activities, the main one being the teacher. This article presents the results of research of the problem of readiness of pedagogical workers of the South-Ural State College to implement innovative activities, where their level of readiness to implement innovative activities in relation to the results of teachers’ intrasystem activity and anti-innovative barriers are considered
