Research and analysis of the processes of introduction of information technologies in the healthcare sector of the Russian Federation: relevance and further ways of development

In this paper, issues related to the healthcare sector of the Russian Federation, the importance and necessity of introducing information technologies into the medical sector were considered and analyzed. The existing information technologies used in the field of healthcare, as well as developments that are at the stages of testing and implementation, were considered, a study was conducted on the need for the use of IT in medicine. The development of information technologies and the popularization of innovative solutions are rapidly gaining momentum, the relevance of this topic is due to a variety of external and internal factors that directly affect both the work of medical specialists and the life of each individual.
