The formulation of the functional purpose beverage on the basis of the mineral drinking water with the addition of cranberries and reindeer antlers that are the Siberian natural resources is developed. The functional food ingredients that allowed to refer the developed beverage to the foodstuffs of the functional purpose are revealed.
