An investigation of the efficiency of reordered BiCGStab method on computer systems SKIF MSU «Chebyshev» and «Lomonosov»

The results of the efficiency investigation of reordered BiCGStab method on computer systems SKIF MSU «Chebyshev» and «Lomonosov» are presented. The main attention is focused on solving the systems of linear algebraic equations with large sparse matrices for the Poisson equation in different geometries. The reasonability of usage the hybrid programming models for the linear algebra problems on distributed memory computer systems is discussed.
